Something new we are implementing this year is family envelopes. Instead of using so many envelopes I will be returning your first TRIP order in a small manilla envelope with your name on it. After that you will need to return all your orders in this same envelope. This way we can just keep using this same envelope throughout the year. If you lose your envelope you can buy your own to replace it. If the envelopes become too tattered I will replace them. If you purchase on hand inventory between order dates, you can send your check to school in your family envelope and when I receive it I will return it with your TRIP.

The schedule of order dates for the first part of the year is: August 30, September 20, October 11, November 1, November 15, November 29 & December 13.

December 13 will be the last order before Christmas. I am doing this because it gets very hard to get orders on time the closer it gets to Christmas and there is a greater chance of backorders. Please be thinking ahead and order the TRIP you need for the holidays as early as possible. We cannot be responsible for orders that do not come in time.

Reichert Tax Service from Sioux Center has joined the voucher program with a 3% discount.

Pro Sports Bistro is no longer participating in the voucher program. 

Please be advised that, JCPenney gift cards will no longer be accepted as payment on JCPenney charge account.  Unfortunately, it appears as though some stores are implementing this new policy sooner than others, so make your payment as soon as possible.  The JCPenney Gift Cards are still redeemable for merchandise or services and may also be used for jcp.com and phone-in JCPenney catalog orders for home delivery.  The contribution on the gift cards remain unchanged at 5%.

Since we are a smaller school with less participation, it’s not profitable for us to place orders more than we are however, we are going to try to have a larger amount of inventory on hand for purchase in between the order dates.  We will try to have the following on hand for purchase at anytime:  Hy-Vee, Wal-Mart, JC Penneys, Applebees, Orange City and Sioux Center Pizza Ranch, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Subway, Arby’s, McDonalds, Gap/Old Navy, Shopko, and Sears.  These will be available on a first come basis.  To check what is available or to order on hand inventory, call Donna at 278-2506 (278-2105 work).

 

There is a change with Furniture Mart in Sioux Center.  From now on, you will NOT be getting a certificate, BUT, you need to tell me who will be using the TRIP so I can tell Furniture Mart.  They will then credit that account and when you go in there to make your purchase or pay any additional charges they should already have the credit from ICS TRIP there.  If you have any questions, please call me before purchasing Furniture Mart TRIP.  Remember it cannot be used for tax, labor, or delivery and they do not want you to purchase them for a gift.  They want you to use them only for yourself. Limit of $3000 per year per tuition account.
